Our telehealth services mirror in-person care and include medication-assisted treatment, medical monitoring, and counseling — available to eligible patients across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Virginia.

Our highest level of outpatient care provides full-day, structured treatment for individuals who need intensive support. Available in select areas, PHP may be paired with structured recovery housing (sober living homes) to help patients stabilize and transition to lower levels of care.
